and now, the end of the year is near and that means BUFSA EBoard Elections are just around the corner - actually, less than one week away!
EBoard Elections will be held on April 3 (Sat.) at 3pm - place is still TBA.
Please read the following about positions for eboard:
Section 1. President
It shall be the duty of the president to call and preside over meetings of the organization and all other duties coupled with the livelihood of FSA.
Section 2. Vice President
The vice president shall assist the president in all functions and duties necessary to FSA, including overseeing of all committees within the organization.
Section 3. Secretary
The secretary shall be responsible for basic adminstrative tasks, including the updated minutes of each and every meeting, as well as the maintenance of all other written record of the club and correspondence among members of the organization.
Section 4. Treasurer
It shall be the duty of the treasurer to oversee all organization funds, the maintenance of all account activity including all expenditures and profits; and she/he will be responsible for signing all necessary paperwork with the Student Activities Office as the sole signatory for the funds of the organization. Additionall, the treasurer shall present fiscal report at the end of her/his first semester term as well as a final fiscal report at the end of the academic year.
Section 5. Cabinet Members
In addition to the four executive board officers, FSA has included four more seats to the office. The duties of each cabinet members are as follows:
1) Internal Affairs Officer
It shall be the duty of the internal affairs officer to be responsible for any FSA activities within the Boston University community.
2) External Affairs Officer
It shall be the duty of the external affairs officer to be responsible for any FSA activities outside the Boston University community.
3) Productions Managers (2)
The productions managers will be in charge of coordinating the FSA cultural shows and dance performances, including Kamayan, Isa, etc.
4) Sports (Recreations) Coordinator
The coordinator will be responsible for FSA involvement in Boston University (sports) activities, such as intramural basketball, broomball, etc.

4:00-5:30pm Run thru all Moderns- Everyone needs to be there who’s dancing in a modern dance!!!
5:30-6:30pm Tinikling
6:30-8:00pm Extra time for you to just run thru any dance if needed. We have the Warren Cinema Room until 8pm so dancers can stay to just keep going over dancers if they so desire, which is probably a good idea.
**** At the end of practice, Freshmen and Sophomores will need to help bring sticks back to Bay State puhlleeassse!
